STACRIFY License Terms
Last updated: 24 May 2026
These terms explain the basic conditions for downloading, activating and using STACRIFY. They are intended as practical website terms and should be reviewed before commercial publication.
1. License requirement
STACRIFY requires a valid license to activate and use the software. Downloading the installer does not grant unlimited or permanent use. License access, duration, permitted users and pricing are agreed separately with STACRIFY.
2. Permitted use
A licensed user may install and use STACRIFY for construction PDF takeoff, measurement, standard coding, budget preparation and related internal project workflows, subject to the license purchased or granted.
3. Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, bypass activation, remove license controls or use STACRIFY in a way that attempts to avoid the license requirement. You may not publish modified installers or represent STACRIFY as your own software.
4. Project data
STACRIFY project files, custom standards, price books and user-created items belong to the user or organisation that created them. Users are responsible for backing up their own project files and checking exported quantities.
5. Accuracy and responsibility
STACRIFY is a professional takeoff and budgeting tool, but construction quantities, budgets and exports must be checked by the user. The user remains responsible for verifying scale, measurement settings, standards, formulas, unit prices, deductions and final project outputs before relying on them.
6. Updates
STACRIFY may be updated to improve functionality, fix issues or change workflows. Access to updates may depend on the active license type and agreement.
7. No warranty
STACRIFY is provided without a guarantee that it will be error-free or suitable for every project, legal requirement, estimating method or construction standard. To the maximum extent permitted by law, STACRIFY is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, tender errors or project losses caused by unchecked outputs or incorrect use.
